Get to know Rachel Irwin

Rachel Irwin is a proud Texas REALTOR® serving from north Austin to Waco. Rachel, a Waco native, moved to Colorado in 2010 to attend CU Boulder and play NCAA basketball and volleyball. After four years teaching high school and coaching, post college, she began her real estate career in 2018 bringing her strong work ethic and competitive nature to the fast-paced Denver market. Her passion for teaching was put to new use, educating home buyers and sellers on understanding contracts, the steps in the buying/selling process, and negotiating inspection terms, appraisals and closings. She was the Top Producer at her brokerage in 2023, and closed over 20 million in deals during her time in Denver. Rachel prides herself in making the process as stress free as possible, by preparing clients ahead of time for what to expect through each unique transaction. She and her family moved back home to Texas in the fall of 2023, settling in the Round Rock area. After taking a year off to stay at home with her two young daughters, Rachel brings her seven years of experience to the Austin market.
